ABOUT SUSANNE SCHERER
I am a passionate transformation manager and university lecturer with a demonstrated history in business transformation, strategy development, innovation management and corporate management.For more than 16 years I define strategic future fields, shape transformation processes and drive change initiatives in business, consulting and science. My focus is on the design, development and successful implementation of innovative business solutions. I am driven by achieving strong results which I have already implemented successfully in various business areas.As a transformation manager at Audi, I am part of our steering transformation team and responsible for several transformation initiatives. I love to share my knowledge about the why, what and how of transformation processes as a university lecturer with international students. Having worked in different international business environments in Germany and abroad, I gained lots of intercultural competences. I am deeply convinced that diversity is a key to success. Especially in times of transformation.
