Since the Covid-19 outbreak our lives have changed beyond recognition. We now know we CAN work from home but are we flourishing? I\'m taking a leap of faith to leave my career as a senior HR professional to focus on and accelerate my PhD project examining the relationship between ICT and the experience of people working from home in terms of their well-being and flourishing.
