I have substantial experience of working on manufacturing and characterization of aluminium sandwich/laminar composites, aluminium composite, and its foam materials. I have developed heat resistant film, bio based/recycled based/light weight PVC/PU synthetic coated film for various applications. Skilled in manufacturing and design: aluminium matrix composite, aluminium sandwich composites using stir casting and powder metallurgy process, surface modification of aluminium matrix composite ant its foam materials by using friction stir process and high strain rate studies of different materials using the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar Technique. I have manufactured more than 500 castings of various metals by many types of the casting process.
