To look after the training and placement activities of students.• To have close liaison with industry for placement of students & to collect feedback from the companies coming for placement.• To work in consultation with Coordination Industry-Institute Interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals from industry & to organize the entrepreneurship workshops/Seminars.• Headed the Administrative Team, who is responsible for Compliance, Online-Reporting, Affiliation, University-Inspections and other documentations of AICTE and M.D. University, Rohtak.• Arranging Training programs for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.• To look after the marketing and promotional campaign of the college. Co-ordinate and motivate the Admission Committee, so that more & more admission can be confirmed from the different part of Northern India.• To Lead and give direction in order to ensure that the College continues to succeed in its Mission and achieve its strategic aims and objectives.• Provides vision and an empathetic leadership approach, in order to equip the college to adapt and succeed.• Ensuring that all aspects of the College’s activities are managed effectively and efficiently.• Provides vision and an empathetic leadership approach, in order to equip the college to adapt and succeed.• Ensuring that all aspects of the College’s activities are managed effectively and efficiently.• Preparing and implementing the strategic agenda to ensure that the college is recognized as a major partner in the community.• Devising and developing a strategic plan which meets the college\'s developmental objectives and exceeds its requirements.• Raising the quality of the college\'s academic provision and in particular improving student retention rates.• Developing the college\'s campus in line with the expansion strategy.•• Other duties and works as may be assigned from time to time.
