Juice Plus is an amazing product that has 17 fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. The body was designed to consume fresh, whole, and raw foods. Did you know that once you heat your food above 114 degrees, the foods you cooked has lost almost 85% of its nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and etc? Many clients tell me they do not have time to juice vegetables and fruits and its too much to try and get 9-13 fruits and vegetables in everyday. I have one comment.try juice plus, it has a total of 17 vegetables, fruits, grains per day.
