Sukhjinder is a senior business media industry professional with 25 years of success filled experience in evangelising new businesses and events. Over his professional tenure he has worked as a Deputy Director with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Sales Director India with Expomedia Plc (UK), Group Head - Business Events with Times of India Group, Managing Director India for International Quality & Productivity Centre (IQPC) and most recently as the Managing Director for India business of Reed Exhibitions Plc Sukhjinder has worked in different roles including senior P&L business management, developing market entry strategies, M&A and JV development, product development, marketing & sales with a strong emphasis on new business development on bilateral & multilateral trade development projects across geographies. He has lead and been a part of some of the largest events in the region like Auto Expo, Petrotech, Defexpo, IETF, IMME IREE, etc and has lead 23 “Made in India” shows in markets ranging from Dushanbe to Johannesburg and Beijing to New York promoting the brand India and India Inc exports. His last professional assignment with Reed Exhibitions saw him develop four acquisition lead joint ventures, which helped Reed establish a stable base in India after a long period.
