About Sujatha Muthanna

Over 18+years, I have led Workplace Transformation with a focus on Learning & OD, change management, organizational design and Leadership development around large-scale, complex, global transformation programs. Pivoting towards driving Innovation through digital strategy, AI-enabled talent development, people experience design, execution and culture-building for organizations, I have executed successful user adoption of bespoke learning solutions with experience in large-scale implementation of HR digital strategy with significant business impact. My USP is Learning innovation, Collaboration, Execution, transformation and business impact. Strategy, human-centered design and deployment of end-to-end interventions on organizational development with a focus on human capital management has been successfully delivered by me. Trained at the d School, Stanford University and by the Harvard faculty, I have led key outcome-based engagements using principles of Systems and Design Thinking with >75 of Infosys\' strategic clients. I have spearheaded key engagements from L & OD collaborating with stakeholders from client leadership teams, along with Infosys delivery, sales and consulting teams in the BSFI, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing LoBs moving the top-line needle. I am the first recipient at Infosys of the Gold Coach certificate from Franklin Covey for taking the largest business vertical at Infosys towards goal execution - increase in revenue/quarter through large deal participation, penetration and accelerated growth in specialized services. Being a recipient of the coveted Infosys Award for Excellence- Client Delight, Client relationship is my strength. My contribution to Learning and Development has been with Learning effectiveness at Kirk Patrick Level 4 on Design Thinking engagements. I am a University topper who represented the University of Madras (MSc) and University of Mysore (PhD) at the National level conference on Applied Psychology at JNU.I have been a scholarship holder from school through my post graduation and a PhD student through the National Eligibility Test (NET)An environmentalist & an amateur golfer, I swing an occasional birdie whilst connecting with people!
