ABOUT SUDHA RAJ

I am Successful Entrepreneur, who is having a vast experience in Clinical Research and healthcare industry. Rich knowledge Clinical Trial management and Operation, Business development and setting policies at organization level. With 14+years of experience in Clinical research Industry and 2 years of pharma Industry experience having good knowledge of the pharma sphere, including pharmaceutical companies, Biotechs, medical device companies and CROs and knowledge of both scientific and sales background with a competency in Marketing. I have coordinated and managed more than 100 (Phase II to IV) Global and Domastic clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas with special focus on Oncology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Gynaecology, Dermatology, Orthopaedics including RA etc. I had worked at various positions such as Head, Clinical Operation and BD in my previous career milestones. Having started as Study coordinator and growing as CRA, Project Manager and Head of Operations, with rich experience in operational execution leading to outstanding quality of study conduct. I have expanded services in previous organization form Site management to CRO activities and successfully initiated and executed phase and phase IV multi centric Clinical trials.my experience in execution of site activities, day to day logistical & operational trouble shootings and study conduct with more than 100 Investigators, designing & managing Site SOPs, CRO SOPs, and completing sponsors and GCP audits will be imperative for my growth.
