Program Leadership & Technical Oversight: Implement technical standards and oversee high-quality, scalable environmental health programs addressing lead and mercury exposure.• Strategic Planning, Coordination & Quality Assurance: Develop evidence-based models for surveillance, site assessments and remediation; ensure quality assurance across programs.• Data & Knowledge Management: Lead data collection, analysis, and evidence dissemination to guide decision-making and strengthen policy advocacy.• Representation, Advocacy & Capacity Building: Represent Pure Earth in national forums especially with National Centre for Disease Control ( NCDC ),Bureau of Indian Standards ( BIS ), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India ( FSSAI ) for lead advocacy on lead toxicity and train teams on HBA, BLL surveys, and equipment use (XRF, Lead Care). • Project Implementation & Support: Oversee Global Lead Program interventions, provide technical support for lead recycling, and ensure toxic site data quality and site interventions.• Collaboration, Supervision & Documentation: Supervise field investigators, support proposal/report writing, and collaborate closely with the country and global technical directors.
