Responsible for successful delivery of overall Pharmacovigilance services and management of daily activities/projects of Pharmacovigilance Department 2. Expand and manage a high-growth pharmacovigilance team, including recruitment, training, assessment, monitoring and development 3. Support development of proposals according to scope with resource and cost calculations. Design and develop standard company presentations and ensure timely update of the same to include accurate technical inputs from relevant teams.10. Maintain effective and efficient working relationships with all the relevant stake holders to ensure smooth functioning of the projects.11. Keep abreast of latest regulatory developments and develop programs and processes to meet regulatory reporting requirements.12. Monitor compliance with regulations, PV agreements and internal SOPs.13. CAPA Late case analysis and TAT analysis.14. Plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet service level timelines and deliverables.15. Handling queries received from clients.16. Responsible for all PV audits, provide support to internal or external audits, and during PV regulatory inspections.
