Since February 2021, I have held the position of head of R&D for the Next Generation AI-First Service Platform that powers Infosys Helix. My primary responsibility is to drive technical platform innovation and deliver cutting-edge technical solutions which are then incorporated to solve some of the most challenging business problems. To achieve this, I focus on designing and implementing complex solutions that allow the platform to provide exceptional customer experiences while ensuring high levels of scalability, security, and reliability.My work is centered around AI and digital technologies, and I am continuously exploring new ways to enhance the platform\'s capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.
