   As Executive Vice President, I direct all programs and administrative activities at the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust as we invest around $25 million dollars annually to support thriving communities and residents locally and statewide. As the President’s close advisor and strategic thought partner, I lead and supervise all Trust operations - including daily operations (office administration), strategic implementation, finance, operations, people and culture (human resources), grants administration/management, programs (grantmaking), communications, learning and impact, and information technology. Our work is centered on equity - particularly racial equity - as well as social determinants of health and systems change. Working to ensure people in Forysth County and across North Carolina - regardless of race, gender or income - have access to health care, education and economic opportunity, I lead our teams work cross-functionally supporting the mission and vision of the Trust to improve the health and quality of life of North Carolinians, particularly those with limited financial resources.
