Being in the market of emobility since 2010 as a responsible product, project and technology manager I have pushed the development and roll out of charging infrastructure from AC single phase wallboxes till DC high power charging sytems (up to 500A) acc. to the CCS standard.This included from the very first beginning local system integration i.e. with local PV or storage systems as also integration into IT driven backend solution for electric mobility with all relevant user and operator use cases.As there are : seamless authorization with roaming plattforms, plug & charge acc to ISO 15118, smart charging uses cases incl. virtual charging stations, payment solution intragration, local grid connections, storage integration and invoice processes incl. „Eichrecht“ for AC and DC.I’m an active CharIn member and responsible contact person for charging infrastructure and also participating in differeren national standard working groups for backend communication, metering, national roadmap definition and secure access to charging infrastructure.My international backround of automotive quality processes (ISO TS16949) and my experience in integrating asian technology suppliers into companies product portfolio helped me a lot to drive and shape the local and european electric mobility market. As part of the working group to found the roaming plattform hubject I was participating at the international roaming idea from the very first beginning.With my engineering background and technology background I’m always looking into the new technology trends and try to combine them with the challenges to enable easy and seamless EV driving in Europe.
