In addition to traditional dentistry, the offices also provide headache therapy and sleep apnea treatment that does not require a CPAP machine. Many patients benefit from switching to an oral appliance for sleep apnea because they are comfortable and easier to sleep with, ensuring a better night\'s sleep. Headache therapy in dentistry is accomplished with a system called Trudenta. Trudenta is a combination therapy that helps patients that have sometimes had headaches for years to finally overcome their pain. Many times, we are able to help patients that have not had relief from their headaches in many years. Trudenta includes screening for temporomandibular disorders or TMD, commonly known as TMJ, as well. The West Des Moines offices also offer ways to help patients to overcome fear in the dental office, including a completely natural approach called NuCalm. NuCalm is a system that allows a patient to relax and actually enjoy the dental experience. NuCalm is used in many countries throughout the world, and we are proud to help our patients to have a more positive experience while they are gaining a beautiful smile.
