As a children\'s ISVA, I provide holistic and consistent practical and emotional support to children who are survivors of sexual violence, rape and childhood sexual abuse/exploitation. I advocate for children throughout the criminal justice process.As a Safeguarding Lead I offer support and leadership to staff to create a positive safeguarding culture. I provide advice and support to staff to respond effectively to safeguarding concerns of children and adults at risk. I have written and facilitated safeguarding training for the staff team, as well as keeping up to date on safeguarding legislation and policies to inform best practice. I have also rewritten and improved both the children and adults\' safeguarding policies for the organisation.
