I am a passionate Yoga Teacher and Lifestyle Wellness Coach, with a foundation in Dentistry (BDS) and a deep commitment to holistic health. Since 2016, I have been actively teaching yoga in renowned corporate hospitals and through online platforms, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, minds, and inner peace. With additional experience as a Lifestyle and Fitness Counselor, my work focuses on the integration of Yoga, Ayurveda, and modern wellness practices. I specialize in guided meditation, pranayama, stress management, and mental health-focused yoga, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my students and clients.
