I’m an IT leader with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, one of the largest health insurance companies in the United States. In this role, among many things I lead the healthcare analytics team and manage several enterprise systems including Provider Data, Pricing, Contracting, and Credentialing. Additionally, I serve as a key partner in initiating and implementing strategic initiatives that enable new capabilities and increase efficiencies. One of my most significant projects to date was my leadership in establishing a vision and strategy for a legacy platform modernization in the Healthcare Claims Pricing System. This strategic project deployed a system which achieved a 4x performance improvement, scalable infrastructure, and improved code quality for higher accuracy of claims pricing.With over 20 years of experience, I have developed a passion and wealth of experience in helping organizations climb the innovation curve using Digital Transformation, leveraging new world architectures for data and applications.Some of my key accomplishments include: Led first cloud implementation in organization with HIPAA security clearance Reduced on-boarding timeline for National Accounts by 40% through design and implementation of national account administration tools and processesI have an MS in Business Management from Colorado Technical University and I’ve completed an Executive Education program at Yale University and a Data Science certification at Harvard University.
