Dr. Sreekumar Menon is a Business & Technology Leader based in Houston, US. He has over 27 years of experience in management consulting and has completed 17 full cycle SAP implementations or major transformation projects as well as a myriad of other ERP projects to implement functionality or drive benefits from SAP, Cloud, HANA and other technology platforms. He has broad industry experience having worked extensively in oil & gas, mining, retail, distribution, chemicals, manufacturing.Dr. Menon’s expertise lies in SAP S/4HANA solution on-premise/cloud design & delivery, people management, project management, IT governance, system architecture, data conversion, testing, security. He has proven track record as SAP Practice Manager, Lead, Solution Architect, Project & Program Manager, Practice Director and has led in the development of solution architecture standards, roadmaps, RFPs, project management methodologies and procedures (PMBOK/RMP/ACP/Activate) for SAP implementations. His business development activities include new account development, solution sales, and c-suite engagements that drive revenue growth. He is also a coach, mentor, volunteer, and board member for non-profit organizations. Dr. Menon hold multiple master’s degrees in English Literature, History, Politics, and MBA from India, and Ph.D in Business Management from US & Wharton CTO. His Ph.D research is one of the first case studies on Critical Challenges in ERP implementation in Canadian Oil and Gas Industry.
