ABOUT SNEHA SAHA

Dr. Sneha Saha, Erasmus+ Fellow is an Associate Professor with the Department of Psychology. Her doctoral study was based on the capacities of positive youth development interventions on adolescents. She is an awarded gold medalist for a Masters’ of psychology degree and research methodology course. Her scale publication of national repute named \'The Cinderella Complex Scale-A measurement of Women Dependency Syndrome,\' is already being used by many young researchers and showing extraordinary relevance to the community. She is a published researcher with a book, book chapters, and SCOPUS publications to her credit. She is an active research consultant with four projects in process, multiple workshops, and research guidance. She is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist by EKKA Foundation, Mumbai. She is currently working on collaborative research with the University of Oviedo, Spain, on Neuroimaging and Social Marketing. Her research interests are adolescent behaviour, positive psychology, organizational psychology, and various aspects of social psychology. She has established an environmental psychology lab in Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR campus. The lab aims to raise awareness and sensitivity through campaigns and initiatives.Additionally, the lab aims to incur research projects for empirical advances in the field. Dr. Saha has been interviewed by Psychology Today for her viewpoints on Resilience and Coping in India\'s COVID. Utilizing her teaching and research expertise, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring student development and novel psychology researches.
