I work on designing and fine-tuning chemical reactions to get the best possible output in terms of quality and efficiency. A big part of my day goes into analysing data, adjusting reaction conditions, solving unexpected process challenges and working with other teams to make sure production runs smoothly and safely. It is a role that keeps me learning, pushes me to think critically and gives me the satisfaction of seeing how careful, consistent work translates into reliable products that matter.

ABOUT SNEHA BANSODE
I have always been curious about how things work at a molecular level and that curiosity led me to study chemistry, first through a BSc and MSc and then a PhD at Indian Institute Of Technology Matunga. During my PhD I had the chance to work in Braga Portugal which opened my eyes to new ways of doing research and collaborating with scientists from different cultures.Over the years I have worked in Academia, Manufacturing and the Chemical, Pharmaceuticals industry which has given me a mix of experiences from teaching and mentoring to solving practical challenges in the lab and on the production floor. What I enjoy most is connecting what we learn in theory with what actually works in practice, finding smarter and more sustainable ways to do things.I am always looking to learn, share ideas and work with people who are just as passionate about science and innovation as I am.
