ABOUT SHWETA SINGH
I am a dedicated and impact-driven public health professional with over a decade of experience at the intersection of health systems strengthening, operational research, and evidence-informed policy implementation. My academic foundation in Social Epidemiology (TISS) and Dental Surgery has enabled me to approach health challenges through both a clinical and systemic lens.Currently serving as Technical Head (Research and Public Health) at ACCESS Health International, I lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of public health interventions. I work closely with government departments, communities, and research institutions to ensure that health programs are contextually relevant, data-driven, and scalable.Previously, at ICMR and National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), I contributed to national-level health programs focusing on HRH, comprehensive primary health care, MIS development, and capacity building. My work spans a range of areas, including adolescent health, maternal and child health, health information systems, and behavioural research.I bring strong expertise in stakeholder coordination, strategic planning, health communication, community engagement, and implementation research. I am passionate about integrating grassroots insights with policy frameworks to foster inclusive and sustainable health solutions.
