ABOUT SHUBHAM ATAL
Clinical Pharmacologist (MD), further trained in clinical research at the HRB Clinical Research Facility at the University of Galway, Ireland and now pursuing a PhD. Currently working as a permanent faculty in the Department of Pharmacology at prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS Bhopal - teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, actively engaged in preclinical and clinical research projects. Previously worked as faculty at MGM Medical College, Indore, and served as coordinator of Institutional Review Board. Worked with Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Ahmedabad (India) overseeing clinical trial operations and pharmacovigilance. Also worked as a physician in Phase 1 (Bioequivalence) studies. Principal investigator and co-investigator in nuemrous nationally and internationally funded projects including clinical trials focused on Precision Medicine including Pharmacogenetics (Psychiatry and Cancer), NCDs (Diabetes and CVD) and rational prescribing including drug interaction studies.
