I bring a commitment to providing exceptional care and contributing to the advancement of the field.My responsibilities include:Anesthesia: Administering anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures, performing thorough pre-operative assessments, intra-operative monitoring, and post-operative care. Managing acute and chronic pain with modalities such as epidural, nerve blocks, and intravenous analgesia. Critical Care: Providing intensive care for patients in life-threatening conditions including septic shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome, multiple organ failure, and traumatic brain injury. Utilizing advanced techniques and technologies such as mechanical ventilation, renal replacement therapy, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Team Collaboration:Working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Mentorship: Supervising and mentoring junior doctors and medical students rotating through the ICU, fostering their professional growth.Research & Quality Improvement: Participating in research and quality improvement projects to enhance standards of care and patient safety within the ICU.I am passionate about: Delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients in need.Continuously learning and developing my skills to stay at the forefront of anesthesia and critical care. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
