Across a career spanning 25 years, I have been deeply passionate about creating value for enterprises by help building businesses and high performing teams. I am particularly focused on Resources industries which includes Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Metals, Mining, Forest Products and Building Materials.I am grateful to my team who gave me the privilege to play several roles across the globe. I see myself as a leader with growth mindset who is constantly helping build and nurture teams. I am helping my customers respond to the changing trends of the industry and meet their ambitious goals. As a change agent, I am an advisor to the board, CXO offices and at the same time very hands on person. I live by the quote of Mr Satya Nadella “Our industry does not respect tradition – it only respects innovation. I constantly drive innovations by bringing technological advancements and human ingenuity to play to solve business challenges.This has helped me deliver several digital transformations at scale which has enabled my client deliver enterprise value of over $1.5BI believe inclusion and diversity(I&D) is fundamental in everything I do. I am a strong I&D advocate and have groomed several women to achieve their potential. I also believe in providing strong mentorship which I do across three groups a) Mentoring start-up to fuel India’s growth b) Mentoring college students to help them prepare for the real world. I have shared my experience and knowledge with IIM - Mumbai, IIM Indore, IIM Sirmaur, UPES and BITS. am also on Advisory boards of IIM-Sirmaur. c) Mentoring women led social enterprise for not so-privileged communities.
