ABOUT SHREYA SRIVASTAVA
Ph.D. in Biotechnology with a strong foundation in genomics and life sciences, now working at the intersection of pharma, AI, and digital transformation to drive data-led decision-making and accelerate drug development. Currently, I am a Senior Research Analyst at i2e Consulting within the Business Acceleration & Strategy (BA & S) team, where I focus on bridging pharmaceutical domain needs with digital capabilities. I partner with clients to understand challenges across portfolio and project management (PPM) and clinical data ecosystems, translating them into scalable, AI-enabled solutions. My work includes leading RFP development, shaping transformation strategies, and collaborating with technology and leadership teams to identify opportunities and build offerings that address critical gaps in clinical trial execution and data utilization. Previously, at Prescient Healthcare Group, I developed strong expertise in competitive intelligence across oncology and immuno-oncology, supporting global pharma clients with actionable insights. I delivered landscape and benchmarking analyses, pipeline tracking, and asset-level strategic assessments, along with comprehensive conference intelligence coverage for major congresses such as the ASCO Annual Meeting and ESMO Congress. Earlier, as an Application Scientist at Imperial Life Sciences, I gained hands-on experience with advanced genomics platforms, supporting research and diagnostic workflows while strengthening my technical and problem-solving capabilities.
