ABOUT SHIVRAJ NARAYAN YEOLE
With 24 years of academic and research experience, I am a Mechanical Engineering professional with a Ph.D. in Micro-EDM and strong research interests in Additive Manufacturing and Micromachining. I currently serve as the Dean of Academics at the Institute level, where I lead key initiatives in curriculum development, framing academic regulations, and aligning institutional practices with evolving educational standards. My contributions have significantly shaped the academic ecosystem, and I’ve played a pivotal role in securing NBA Accreditation (thrice) for the B.Tech.(Mechanical Engineering) program and NAAC Accreditation (twice) for the Institute. I bring strong proficiency in a range of design, simulation, and analytics tools, including: AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, FlexSim, Minitab, MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Driven by a passion for precision engineering and education, I aim to bridge the gap between advanced research and industry-ready skills, while also mentoring future engineers and contributing to institutional development.
