Process Manager for TOPCon Solar Cells Fabrication at Industrial Scale.Process Optimization: Worked closely with Centrotherm, RENA, ISC Konstanz, and Maxwell Process teams to optimize solar cell processes. Key areas of focus included:(a) Wet Bench Process: Led recipe optimization for Batch and In-Line RENA tools for processes such as texturing, BSG wrap removal, BSG layer removal, RCA cleaning, poly-silicon wrap removal, and wet-bath purity analysis (Carrier Lifetime samples). Special contribution to reduce Irev2 values in I-V measurement.(b) PECVD Process: Worked for the recipes optimization for the deposition of Tunnel SiO2 layer, amorphous-Si layer, poly-protective (capping) layer, and SiNx layers using Centrotherm PECVD tools to achieve dense and uniform films for higher solar cell efficiency.(c) High-Temperature Process: Improved the boron diffusion process and poly annealing in Centrotherm tools to overall improvement in efficiency.(d) ALD Process: Worked for the optimization of AlOx layer deposition in IDEAL Tool for improved film quality and performance.(e) Metal Printing Process: Worked on fast firing, Light and Elevated Temperature Induced Degradation (LeTID) optimizations, and collaborated with ISC team for improved screen design to enhance efficiency.Training: Delivered training on the working principles and fabrication of TOPCon solar cells at an industrial scale. Trained personnel on various instruments including Reflectometer, Four-Probe, Microscope, ECV, Sinton (Carrier Lifetime), Photoluminescence & Electroluminescence, and Ellipsometer.Documentation: DOE and maintained recipe records. Maintained comprehensive recipe records for various processes, ensuring traceability and reproducibility. Contributed to the development of SPC parameters, conducted statistical analysis, and implemented process improvements.
