So you read my headline and thought, “Wait, what now?” Yep, I’m an oddball—and proudly so. Stick around, and you’ll see why.I’m a doctor with a silver tongue, a sharp wit, and a passion for storytelling. My work bridges the gaps between science, healthcare, and advocacy. I create customized services for individuals with mental illnesses, neurodivergence, chronic illnesses, disabilities, and chronic pain, helping them navigate challenges with tailored care.In fact, I’m one of the few in India actively working to bring chronic illnesses and chronic pain disabilities into the public sphere. These conversations are long overdue, and I’m here to spark them.As a storyteller and science communicator, I transform complex topics—like neuroscience, psychiatry, and biomedical technology—into engaging, relatable narratives. My writing doesn’t just inform; it inspires, connects and most importantly mobilises change.What else do I bring to the table? Science Communication – Neuroscience, psychiatry, and biomedical technology, made human. Mental Health & Disability Advocacy – Amplifying lived experiences and fighting stigma with intersectional understanding. Customized Care – Bridging the gap between healthcare and lived realities for chronic pain, disability, and neurodivergence. Content Creation – Essays, articles, and thought leadership pieces that resonate and inspire.I’m also the founder of Minus+, a non-profit inspired by my lived experiences with chronic illness and disabilities. We focus on mental health, disability justice, and accessibility, targeting India’s youth, especially in Tier 2 and 3 cities. From awareness campaigns to peer support programs, we aim to create inclusive spaces where no one feels alone.When I’m not advocating, writing, or working as a doctor, I juggle many hats: curious explorer, problem solver, and unapologetic multitasker.
