He is the author of \'A Diamond is a Diamond: The Core Five Components to Social Justice\' and the creator of the Sociosystemic Organizational Development Model. An educator and a legal scholar, Dr. Robbins brings with him 10+ years of experience in various school systems, such as K-12, Independent schools, and many institutions of Higher Education. He has consulted with over two dozen organizations world-wide and is revered in the field for his ability to change organizations into inclusive and equitable workplaces. His research is in Organizational Leadership with a special focus on Organizational Design and Behavior. Dr. Robbins is a member of the 2019 40 Under 40 Induction Class.
