I am passionate about education innovation, leadership training, and building strong learning ecosystems. With about 2 decades in the education sector, I have spearheaded preschool and school franchising, operations management, and educator training. My journey includes key leadership roles at Zee Interactive Learning Systems, Apple Kids, Educomp Solutions Ltd, and The Learning Curve, where I have developed franchise networks, managed 100+ centers, and led training programs for business partners, teachers, and parents. As Assistant Vice President (South) at The Learning Curve, I specialized in setting up premium preschools and daycare centers, establishing corporate tie-ups, recruiting and training educators, and ensuring curriculum implementation and audits. Inclusive Education – Successfully integrating special needs education into preschool frameworks over the past 11 years. Parental Engagement & Guidance – Conducting workshops, orientation programs, readiness sessions, and counseling to support effective parenting and child development. School Partnerships & Audits – Collaborating with schools as training partners, designing curriculum, conducting training programs, and ensuring effective implementation through regular audits.
