   Starting with no prior experience in the packaging machine industry, my husband and I co-founded Shruti Flexipack Pvt. Ltd. in 2009. Our journey began in the modest space of Shruti clinic’s waiting area, where we laid the foundation for what would become a major player in the industry.Driven by a vision of innovation and quality, we quickly scaled our operations, establishing an industrial unit in Bhandup within two years. Our dedication and hard work paid off, leading to the creation of a modern manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai in 2013.As Managing Director, I oversee all aspects of the business, from financial management and marketing to team development and supplier relationships. My focus has always been on delivering high-quality services, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and driving sustainable growth.Key milestones-Launched Shruti Flexipack Pvt. Ltd, transitioning from our initial venture, Shruti Packaging-Established our first industrial unit in Bhandup, Mumbai, laying the groundwork for future expansion-Expanded from ice lolly packing machines in to fully automatic high-speed packaging lines for diverse industries such as food, pharma, chemical, hardware, and automotive-Achieved significant market penetration, transitioning from proprietary customers to major Indian corporates-Built a state-of-the-art sq. ft. manufacturing facility at TTC Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai-Developed over 40 types of packaging machines, catering to diverse industries and maintaining high standards of quality and service-Introduced robust SOPs and quality management systems, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction-Managed a facility capable of manufacturing 150 machines a year, with 50 different types of machines in the product portfolio.
