Over 20 years of research experience and working as Senior Leader/ Senior Scientist in the field of catalysis, Adsorption, Green Processes, VOCs mitigation, CO2 Purification, New Energy, and Nanomaterials.• Development of heterogeneous catalyst formulations for hydrocarbon conversion • To provide advanced technical support to operations/business in the area of heterogeneous catalysis to enhance efficiency and productivity• To work for developing inter-disciplinary teams with Tech COE, CTS and other R&D verticals to develop new ideas for catalysts development and catalysts selection.• Ensure timely submission of technical reports, presentations and strengthen IP position in areas of concern• Ensure effective communications about work place safety and implementation of safe operations.• Encourage innovation in developing more efficient and robust catalysts• Coordinate for analytical support for deep characterization of heterogeneous catalyst functioning.• Development and standardization of characterization/ analysis methods for finger printing intermediate products by various technique like TGA, IR, XRD, SEM, TEM, Surface area and Pore Size distribution.• Devising the laboratory / pilot plant evaluation procedures to resonate the properties of catalysts.• Scale up, trouble shooting and demonstrating new laboratory recipes at commercial catalyst manufacturing unit. To make Mumbai corporate R&D functional on a fast track by following up procurement, installation and smooth operations of equipment\'s.
