I am an Assistant Professor in International Management & Systems, combining over 15 years of experience in cross-border collaboration, ecosystem development, and organizational strategy. Taking a holistic approach to cultural dynamics in organizations and their environments, I blend research and consulting to develop actionable insights for leaders, teams, and organizations. My expertise spans Organizational and Cross-Cultural Management Systems, System Cybernetics, Innovation Ecosystems, and Digital Transformation. As the leader of key EU-funded projects such as InnoLoop and DigiPro under the EU INTERREG program, I specialize in fostering digital transformation ecosystems that drive regional and cross-border development, particularly between Germany and the Netherlands. Through my consulting work with European ministries, I contribute to shaping innovation policies, advancing digital governance, and promoting cross-border cooperation aligned with EU strategic goals. As a Council Member of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Competence and Management (IACCM), I play a key role in guiding global leadership strategies. In addition to my academic work, I apply my interdisciplinary knowledge base and consulting expertise to help leaders and organizations adapt and thrive in evolving environments. I am also a co-author of \"Hofstede Matters\", exploring Geert Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory and its application to leadership in global contexts.
