Sebastian Zeeck brings more than 25 years of experience as (international) business attorney. He has also many years of experience as member of advisory and supervisory boards (also as chairman). Sebastian has a broad practise covering all needs of family owned companies - including to prepare and steer critical shareholder meetings, e.g. to implement corporate reorganisations or restructurings.
