I am a Functional Medicine Doctor with expertise in Orthopedic and Regenerative Medicine committed to delivering exceptional care that produces optimal results. Unlike typical office visits, I spend a substantial amount of time, often an hour or more, with each patient. By leveraging my extensive background and expertise, I am able to identify the root cause of patients’ symptoms. From there, I develop a comprehensive plan that not only eliminates the cause but also promotes long-lasting relief.With over 15 years of experience in the orthopedic setting, I have successfully treated a diverse range of patients, including those with Lyme Disease, Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Autoimmune disorders, orthopedic injuries, prenatal patients, spine disorders, chronic pain disorders, neurologic conditions, and even semi-professional and professional athletes. My advanced training in a wide array of techniques, such as Dry Needling, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Peripheral and Spinal Manipulation, and Shockwave Therapy, allow me to deliver cutting-edge treatment. I am also certified as an Advanced Provider and Sports Medicine Provider of Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM). Using FSM, I can effectively diagnose and treat a myriad of medical conditions, many of which typically require surgery. FSM utilizes specific paired frequencies to deliver electrical energy and stimulate cellular and physiological responses. This technology can reduce inflammation, chronic pain, restore muscle function, and even stimulate repair of injured joints or tissues.I have been featured in CBS and PBS documentaries for my work in integrated medical practices as my time at Integrated Pain Solutions in Greenwich, CT. In this role, I collaborated with a team of experts in physiatry, regenerative medicine, physical therapy, therapeutic massage, yoga, and meditation. This valuable experience taught me the power of teamwork in achieving truly remarkable and lasting patient outcomes.My goal is to empower my patients by helping them to better understand the source of their musculoskeletal or neurological symptoms and to develop a treatment plan that permanently heals the patient. Furthermore, all patients are shown how to avoid future issues through exercise and the promotion of improved better overall health.
