I lead at the intersection of federal service, academia, and executive coaching.I am a retired senior federal executive, leadership scholar, and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than three decades of experience leading organizations, advising executives, and developing leaders across complex, high-accountability environments.My career includes senior leadership roles with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), 21 years of service in the United States Navy, extensive academic leadership as a doctoral chair and faculty member, and the founder of Scena’s Solutions LLC, an executive coaching practice serving leaders across the federal government and public sector.I have led multi-state operations, adjudicated regulatory matters, advised senior leaders on risk and policy interpretation, chaired doctoral dissertations, developed graduate-level curriculum, and coached leaders across more than 20 federal agencies. My work is grounded in ethical leadership, sound judgment, and systems thinking—helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity and intention.I work with leaders who carry responsibility—and want to lead it well.
