With over 20 years of professional experience, including 17+ years in clinical research and 14+ years leading global medical surveillance—I bring strategic oversight and operational excellence to complex, multi-regional programs.I hold a Medical Degree (MBBS) from Manipal University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research with a specialization in Quality Assurance & Audit. My leadership spans more than 500+ clinical trials annually across diverse therapeutic areas, where I have driven innovation in near real-time medical review and centralized medical platforms.As a strategic leader and a recognized Leader in Digital Enablement and Process Innovation, I drive enterprise-wide transformation by architecting scalable solutions, aligning cross-functional teams, and embedding governance and compliance into every layer of medical operations—shaping platforms that support clinical data sciences and regulatory excellence.I have led global teams in medical surveillance, overseeing central vendor real-time medical data review and end-to-end processes for local lab data management.
