Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.Provide leadership to cybersecurity engineering, operations, and governance teams.Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, risk, compliance, and legal teams to integrate cybersecurity into all areas of the business.Risk Management & Compliance:Oversee enterprise risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX, PCI DSS).Guide incident response planning and execution, including tabletop exercises and post-incident reviews.Security Architecture & Engineering:Lead secure design and architecture reviews for applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.Champion secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices and DevSecOps integration.Oversee deployment and management of advanced security technologies (e.g, SIEM, EDR, IAM, CASB, DLP, ZTNA).Team Development & Oversight:Manage, mentor, and develop cybersecurity professionals across multiple teams or functions.Define team structure, staffing plans, and career development paths.Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.Operations & Program Management:Monitor and improve security metrics, dashboards, and reporting to senior leadership and the board.Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.Lead cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, and third-party security evaluations.
