A competent professional with PhD (in Chemical Engg) from IIT Bombay having diverse experience in process development from concept to demonstration. Primary research focus is waste to wealth in different areas such as gasification/pyrolysis of carbonaceous feedstocks (Biomass/Waste Plastic/Petcoke/Coal/MSW), Metal extraction from slag/spent catalyst/batteries, CO2 Capture, Oxidative/Dehydrogenation of Alkanes, Modeling and simulations, Reaction Engineering etc. Overall, played a vital role in development of various green processes which are expected to give a huge impact in energy sector and green solution to the environment. Some of the key developments as follows: First ever low temperature catalytic gasification of carbonaceous feedstocks by using on solid-solid catalytic reactions (migratory catalysis). Technology demonstration is under progress which can (a). Produce Green H2 from Biomass/agri residue at lowest cost (100% less) vs conventional processes.(b). Handle effectively high ash Indian coal and produce high quality syngas (H2/CO>3) Highly efficient and reliable catalytic pyrolysis process for conversion of waste plastic in to oil thus provides a maximum circularity of plastic to plastic (60% vs <30% of conventional). this process doesn\'t need any incentives to make commercial viability. The design/EPC of commercial plant in progress Completed the Technology demonstration on metal extraction (\'V\' & \'Ni\') from cinder and design of commercial plant is under progress Developed a novel process for the below technologies whose demo plant design is under progress (a) Catalytic Pyrolysis of agri-residue to produce bio-oil (b) Torrefaction of agri-residue for production of bio-char Development of few more technologies are under progress such as dehydrogenation of de-hydrogenation of alkanes to alkenes etc. Super headed various of projects including long terms, root cause analysis and advanced trouble shooting to the problems of commercial plants (Coker and gasifier). Filed 12 patent disclosures along with good no. of peer reviewed publications. A renowned SME in gasification with key note addresses/ invite lectures/session chairs/ member of panel discussion, invitations at various international conferences such as 4th WPCC, 2nd WCCW-IF, Gasification-2018, 21st RTM, 22nd, 23rd & 24th RPTM Member of Board of Studies for Chemical Engg, JNT University, Anantapur, AP from Sep’16 to Sep\'18 and DPC Member for PhD Scholar evaluation at Gujarat Technical University.
