ABOUT SARAH VON HAHN

Hi, I\'m Sarah! I’m deeply passionate about HR Learning and Development, particularly in empowering the most valuable part of any organization - its people. As part of my PhD in Business Psychology, I focused on the motivational mechanisms of hope in management during organizational transformation and change processes - a topic that couldn\'t be more relevant in todays and future business and HR landscape. To the book/dissertation: https://lnkd.in/ewW-EUAC Beyond business and research, I thoroughly enjoy freelance lecturing and mentoring in Business Psychology and Psychology at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany. Sharing knowledge and fostering growth in others is something I find incredibly fulfilling.
