My nearly 20 years of experience in the industry prepared me to understand the challenges of sustainability at both the functional and the organisational levels. As the Head of Environment & Sustainability at Apraava Energy Pvt. Ltd, I bring over 20 years of experience in the fields of ESG strategy, ISO 14001, GHG management, Energy Transition and Resource Conservation. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong track record of driving innovation and finding practical solutions to complex challenges. My expertise includes Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Integrated Water Management, Waste Recycling, and Fly Ash Management. I am passionate about creating positive impact on the environment and the communities in which we operate. In my current role at Apraava Energy, I am responsible for leading the company\'s sustainability initiatives and driving the implementation of best practices in this area. This includes analyzing environmental, social, and governance risks, identifying major business opportunities, designing and implementing sustainable practices in the workplace. I also provide policy and regulatory advice and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our sustainability efforts align with our company\'s values and goals.
