I am an experienced academic professional and researcher with a Ph.D. in Psychology. Currently serving as the Assistant Professor and Additional Head of the Department of Psychology at IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur, I am passionate about contributing to the academic and personal growth of my students while advancing research in mental health and counselling. With a strong background in positive psychology, counselling psychology, and psychopathology, I aim to create a positive impact through teaching, research, and community engagement.Known for my zeal to thrive, compassion, and effective interpersonal skills, I excel in creating a supportive learning environment and contributing to community well-being.
