And I scale them.Over 15+ years leading healthcare institutions across India and South Asia, I\'ve moved from medical superintendent of a 250-bed hospital to CEO of quaternary care facilities and every role in between has been about one thing: making healthcare organisations perform at their highest level, clinically and commercially.What I\'ve done that most healthcare leaders haven\'t.At Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune, one of Maharashtra\'s most respected 550 bedded tertiary care institutions, I built the Heart Transplant Programme from absolute zero. 28 successful heart transplants in 2 years. I simultaneously initiated the Living Liver Transplant Programme, delivering 50+ transplants. I also developed Ruby Hall\'s Da Vinci Robotic Surgery Programme and built the Interventional Radiology Department from scratch all while holding P&L accountability for the Multi-Organ Transplant Programme and serving as Nodal Officer for COVID management across the Ruby Hall Group. In my first year as CEO of Noble Hospitals & Research Centre, Pune (350 beds, quaternary care), I operationalised a liver transplant programme from scratch; first successful liver transplant completed. Within weeks, we executed 3 cadaveric organ donations in 4 consecutive days, harvesting 10 organs. Simultaneously, I built a robotic surgery program, cardiac surgery program, transplant program all in Year 1.We initiated a roadmap to scale Noble from 350 to beds through specialty centres and satellite hospitals. Before Noble, I initiated a full hospital acquisition and merger as CEO of Shree Hospital Criticare, Pune from operational restructuring through legal and financial due diligence. At Dr. D.Y. Patil Hospital, Pimpri,one of Maharashtra\'s largest hospitals at 2,011 beds and 32 OTs — I doubled the revenue of the private wing, tied up with 100+ corporates generating health checks, operationalised 4 satellite transplant OPDs, and strengthened the Heart & Lung Transplant Programme through aggressive outreach across the region.I spent a year as Director Medical Services at Evercare Hospitals,(Former Appllo Hospital) Dhaka, 350 bedded a KKR-backed integrated healthcare platform operating across South Asia and Africa.What I focus on: Clinical programme launch and scale-up · Hospital turnarounds and M&A · Large hospital operations beds) · NABH/JCI accreditation · Revenue growth and brand positioning · Healthcare technology and digital health · Community and public health strategy
