A PhD from IIT Kanpur in Chemical Engineering under supervision of Prof. Ashutosh Sharma, have several patented technologies & authored peer reviewed publications in soft matter, adhesion & nanofibers technology. Have been a known entrepreneur & mentor with 12 years of hands-on experience in Reusable Adhesives, Filtration Technology, Biomedical, Nanofibers, N95 facemasks, Food Technology, sales & marketing, strategic management & operations, product distribution, established entrepreneurship hubs, brand developers & dedicated to achieve the spurring growth of both start-up & organizations! Over the years, my startup has achieved numerous breakthroughs developing world-class electrospinning machines, nanofiber technology, designing anti-bacterial/viral SWASA-N95 facemasks & captured big market of stakeholders. We received many mandates after supplying the machine units to prestigious organizations like IITs/NITs/Central Univ/CSIR labs & globally diversified international connects including France Spain USA Denmark Russia South Korea etc. Looking forward to deliver many more. During COVID-19 crisis, we’ve manufactured more than 50 million SWASA-N95 & supplied it to market, needy people, security personnel & frontline warriors. Brand SWASA is well recognized/appreciated by SIDBI bank, Newspapers, PM Modi, many Govt officials including Indian Parliament houses. Happy to provide startup platform for youngsters with innovative ideas. Always dedicated to serve the society & uplift those who need it most.Considering the need of defence products & quality testing requirements, I’ve founded two start-up ventures named BAI-LAB & INDEEMA FIBERS. BAI-LAB is world-class testing facilities in Filtration technology, Food safety, Water quality & Antimicrobial studies offering conformity assessment services in accordance with various regulating authorities NABL, NIOSH & BIS. Indeema Fibers is next generation pioneering company for developing bulletproof fabrics for defence application.I was featured as \'The most inspiring business leaders to follow 2022: Business Iconic Magazine\', also got featured on cover page of renowned magazine ‘Silicone India’. Got \'Nano Innovation Award 2020\' in Bangalore Nano conference by Bharat Ratna CNR Rao. Received Rajeev Motwani Young Entrepreneur-2014 award by Motwani foundation, IIChE Shah-Schulman Award for best PhD Thesis in Colloid & Interface Sciences 2013.
