Currently, I am serving as Professor & Dean of Post Doctoral Research at SR University, Warangal, with 18+ years of experience across academia, research, and industry. I earned my Ph.D. in VLSI interconnect modeling from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Hiroshima University, Japan, focusing on AI-enabled circuit design for robotics. 110+ research publications, including 55 SCI-indexed & 8 journal papers Author of \"Nano-Interconnect Materials and Models for Next-Gen IC Design\"(CRC Press) 20 patents (3 granted), 4 registered copyrights Recipient of the IETE J.C. Bose Memorial Award (20••••24 Grant Recipient to explore Hiroshima University & Micron Technology Fab Lab (Japan) funded by Japan Science Technology Under Sakura Science Exchange Program. 2025 Received DRDO Funding to organize Two Days National Seminar.
