Franklin Cummings Tech was founded to help students achieve their goals of learning a trade and pursuing entrepreneurship. The mission of the college is to deliver transformative tech and trade programs that lead to economic advancement. This mission is carried out through the delivery of accessible hands-on technical and trade college education. In this way, we deliver 21st-century education born out of a revolutionary history that dates to a 1790 bequest from Benjamin Franklin to the City of Boston to fund apprenticeships and entrepreneurship for certain residents. From the application process through job placement, Franklin Cummings Tech helps clear pathways to careers at the certificate, associate, and bachelor\'s degree levels. With an 80% job placement rate, demand for our graduates is high because they have the technical skills employers need, and the durable skills that make a leader like effective communication, teamwork, and critical problem-solving.
