I build the infrastructure that allows people and organizations to learn, lead, and transform — across sectors, scales, and contexts that rarely sit still. Over two decades I have led programs and research initiatives at the intersection of the arts, education technology, conflict resolution, organizational development, and social innovation. I have directed academic support systems serving thousands of students, designed research frameworks for Fortune 500 companies, led a nine-year arts and media-based social venture from inception through national reach, supported multistakeholder dialogue processes for an international NGO, and contributed peer-reviewed scholarship to the fields of learning design and AI-mediated conflict. I am often called on to develop new ways of connecting the dots between ideas, problems, and organizations — because the most persistent challenges rarely fit inside a single discipline. My doctorate in educational technology, training in dispute resolution, and experience across higher education, K12, nonprofit, and corporate environments give me an unusually wide aperture for identifying what is actually wrong and building what will actually work. What drives this work is a deep desire to develop learning opportunities that nurture the instinct within each of us to dream and to strive for a brighter future regardless of current circumstances.
