ABOUT SAMANTHA HAYES

At the heart of everything I do is this belief: when people are supported, connected, and resilient, they thrive.I’m the founder of Beyond the Screen Families, where we help families build strong, connected lives beyond digital distractions. We offer screen-free subscription kits, community resources, and family enrichment experiences that nurture curiosity, play, and real-world learning.I also co-found the Resilience and Wellbeing Network, a nonprofit devoted to building tools, programs, and support systems that help individuals and communities grow through adversity. My personal journey with resilience and my two decades in education fueled this work.With over 20 years of experience as an educator, district leader, and higher ed faculty member, I’ve championed access to high-quality learning and led initiatives that center student needs, staff wellbeing, and inclusive innovation. I’ve designed programs for underserved and gifted learners, shaped district-wide policy, and built sustainable systems that honor both achievement and human connection.Now, I blend that experience into every initiative I lead; whether I’m building a challenge kit for families, keynoting for school communities, or designing systems that support emotional wellbeing and growth.I believe connection is the most powerful change agent we have.Let’s build something that lasts.
