ABOUT SAMAH BKHAITAN

Resourceful and experienced Academic Administrator offering an array of skills in student instruction/advisory, school leadership, counseling, accreditation processes, financial management, curriculum design, problem solving, extracurricular activity oversight, community relationship building and academic evaluation. Understand and evaluate student needs, develop institutional improvement plans, design/facilitate professional development workshops for staff, screen/hire and evaluate faculty, and coordinate parental information sessions. Plan and direct educational activities related to student services and course offerings. Serve as a point of contact for students, parents and staff. Supervise programs, serve as a liaison between administrators and student organizations, oversee social programs and support cultural diverse student populations. Maintain and enforce disciplinary programs, demonstrate strong communication skills and consistently work with a high level of independent decision-making and sound/logical judgment. Offer bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic, engaging in ESL instruction as necessary.
