I’m an outdoor addict, landscape architect and outdoor wellness coach with a PhD in Human Connection to the Land, making outdoor time a regular part of daily life!My commitment to advancing sustainable landscapes and outdoor spaces stems from a lifelong passion for nature, which I’ve experienced as a source of healing and resilience. This connection helps me navigate life’s challenges and fuels my desire to foster healthier, more connected communities.I founded the Yalla Go Outside!™ movement with the mission to reconnect people with nature and promote an active, healthy lifestyle. I believe that going outside is the first step toward addressing some of today’s biggest challenges—enhancing overall health and wellbeing, nurturing a stronger sense of belonging, and creating a sustainable future.In response to the urgency of indoor living—where many spend up to 90% of their time—I leverage YouTube and other platforms to inspire others to step outside, embrace outdoor wellness, and improve their quality of life.
